📝 Please note that past discussions from the legacy View Interview page won’t show up in the new candidate profile. You can still access those from the assessment viewer.

The Predictive Talent Assessment offers a comprehensive, multidimensional approach to candidate evaluation:

  • Behavioral competency assessment: Evaluate candidates on job-related competencies like problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and communication to understand how they’ll perform in the role.
  • Workplace motivation: Get a deeper understanding of a candidate’s workplace motivations and find those who align with your organizational goals and are driven to succeed.
  • Clear and detailed reports: Understand each candidate’s fit for the role with a comprehensive report, including competency rankings, fit scores, and coaching tips for areas of development.

We’re excited to announce that One-Way Video Interviews now support automated transcriptions in over 50 languages. This new feature makes it easier for your global or non-English-speaking teams to collaborate and evaluate candidate responses—without watching every second of the recording.

  • Make video reviews faster: Skim and search for key information.
  • Enhance accessibility: Support non-native speakers and those with hearing impairments.
  • Improve team collaboration and efficiency: No more sitting through entire recordings.

No setup is required, if the spoken language is supported, a transcript will appear automatically.

Transcriptions are included in the Growth and Enterprise plans and can be added as an add-on to the Pro plan.
